What is Your Return Policy?

You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must have their original packaging materials.

Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from Banquet Tables Pro.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method purchased with. 

Are there fees for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges.

Damaged Items in Shipment

Damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Freight Shipments: Please inspect all shipments before signing for them.

If an item arrives damaged, note "damaged" on the freight receipt. Damaged items will be replaced by the same item originally ordered.

UPS/FedEx Shipments: If you receive a damaged item.

Take a photo of the damage. Respond to your "sales receipt email", and attach the photo.
