Important: When faxing orders, please make sure to be as detailed as possible. Include the size, and color. Many times the exact product sku will differ based on the color, and/or size.

Mail a copy of the quote/invoice along with your payment.

This will speed the process, and reduce confusion once we receive payment.

We charge 7.5% sales tax on orders shipping to Florida only.

Shipping to Florida & Tax Exempt?

You may order by phone, or online.

If ordering online, during checkout type "we are tax exempt" in the "customer note box".

Respond to your "emailed sales receipt" with a copy of your tax exempt form, or fax it to 866-412-4738.

When verified, the sales tax will be taken off your order.
